Great question! For so long the people have been babied and have been treated like pretty little snow flakes. No one achieves anything with this "toxic positivity" that we have grown used to! Are you going to be motivated to do a push up if I ask pretty please with a cherry on top sweetheart?... NO! I want you to get your ass on the ground and give me 10 asshole! If you don't do it for yourself you never will! You are worth it and you have the potential, so fucking do it! We swear because we care about you idiot.
First off, that's not a question that's a statement that pussies make :) I'm pretty sure you have read enough disclaimers when you signed up to know we are going to verbally abuse you. You had fair warning. Secondly , no refunds. You can be a titty baby and cancel and we will leave you alone. We will stop communication upon request or you can finish your month.
This is verbal Tuff Love, not emotional warfare. We don't target trauma, medical conditions or anything out of bounds (race/sexuality/bla bla bla) Tuff Love is not a replacement for therapy, medication or professional help. If you are struggling with anything serious please contact a licensed mental health provider. We are not therapists, doctors, shamans or wizards. There is a limit to what text messages can fix. We roast, we don't diagnose.
